Today many websites are offering the facility of sending free sms anywhere in india to both GSM and CDMA networks. Each website has its own set of regulations such as no. of characters per sms, sms limit per day, no. of group sms, etc.
Here is a brief description of some of such websites:
- sms7 - my personal favourite. It provides 440 CHARACTERS per sms. You can send a maximum of 50 sms per day with a max. of 5 to each unique mobile no.
- 160by2 - good website but offers 160 characters per sms. Message delivery is reliable.
- smsgupshup - very poular website. Good point is that it offers almost unlimited sms per day.
- spicesms - Very interesting and useful facility that it doesn't require a signup to send sms.
